Previous experience and qualifications: Private practice insurance lawyer advising on coverage/subrogation across various business lines including non-payment, trade credit and energy (construction and operation). Acted in both coverage and recovery actions in both litigation and arbitration. In-house Senior Legal Counsel and Consultant (EMEA) for a large reinsurer advising on legal, commercial, operational and strategic initiatives, particularly in the Middle East. Education includes LLB (Hons) and Diploma in Legal Practice.
Expertise: Insurance law (coverage and disputes), commercial litigation/arbitration and generalist corporate/commercial.
Likes: Anything water related, from being by the sea to paddle boarding. I am also a karaoke enthusiast!
